Chili Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 or 2 onions
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 or 2 cans red kidney beans
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can tomato soup
    1 large bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Chop onions and pepper.
    Brown in oil.
    Add meat and brown. Add all other ingredients.
    Simmer for 15 minutes.
