Beet Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cooked, shredded beets
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation
    Heat all together until boiling.
    Divide into plastic containers and freeze or place in refrigerator and allow to marinate 1 day.
