Wilted Lettuce Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bacon
2 bunches leaf lettuce, washed
1 bunch chopped green onions
salt
6 eggs
Preparation

Shred washed lettuce with a knife.
Place in large bowl and set aside.
Fry bacon until crisp, then crumble.
Place bacon on top of lettuce.
Scramble 6 eggs in 2 tablespoons margarine; salt and pepper to taste.
Pour on top of lettuce and bacon, then toss for 1 to 2 minutes until thoroughly mixed.
Serve immediately. Great with sliced tomatoes and corn bread.
