Italian Dream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. Crisco
2 c. sugar
5 egg yolks
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. flour
2 c. coconut

Preparation

Cream Crisco and sugar.
Separate eggs and add egg yolks to sugar mixture.
Also add buttermilk, soda, vanilla, margarine, pecans, flour and coconut.
Beat egg whites stiff and fold into batter.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until done.
