Indian Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. cornbread mix
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (8 3/4 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 small can chopped green chiles
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix together the egg, milk, oil, cornbread mix, sugar and corn.
    Pour half of the batter into a well-greased 8-inch round or square pan.
    Spread green chiles on top of batter.
    Put cheese over chiles and cover with the remaining batter.
    Bake 25 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Serve hot with butter.
