Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla or lemon
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix Crisco, eggs and sugar.
    Beat 3 to 4 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and beat until well blended and then beat 2 more minutes on high.
    Pour in tube pan and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
