Pumpkin Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. pumpkin puree
2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. wheat germ
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a big bowl.
Stir until the batter is well mixed.
Grease several cookie sheets with butter or margarine so the cookies won't stick when they are baking.
You can use paper towels or wax paper to spread the butter or margarine.
Drop the batter by the teaspoonful onto cookie sheets. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes about 48 cookies.
