Crabmeat Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. oleo
1/2 tsp. curry powder
6 c. diced celery
2/3 c. diced pimento
27 oz. crabmeat
16 oz. processed cheese
Parmesan cheese (for top)
3 c. flour
8 c. milk
2/3 c. diced onion
2/3 c. diced green pepper
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Melt oleo; add flour, stirring to make smooth paste.
Add milk and blend with wire whisk until well mixed.
Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
Pour into greased pan.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Serve on toast points or English muffins.
Great for brunch.
