Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 shell water
Preparation
    Mix and sift flour and salt.
    Add gradually to egg until a stiff dough is formed.
    Knead a few minutes on floured board. Roll out to 1/16-inch thickness.
    Let stand 1/2 hour.
    Cut in long 1/4-inch wide strips.
    Dry thoroughly.
    Noodles may be cut into any size strips or any tiny fancy shapes.
    This makes 1 1/2 cups raw noodles.
