Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pastry for 9-inch pie (top and bottom)
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. thyme
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. light cream
2 c. cubed chicken
1 (10 oz.) pkg. peas
1 (10 oz.) pkg. corn
Preparation

Line pie tin with bottom pastry.
Melt butter in saucepan. Blend in flour, salt, pepper and thyme.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into pie shell and top with pastry.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
