Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

1/3 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1/3 c. low-sodium soy sauce
1/3 c. sherry or chicken broth
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp. parsley
pepper
4 chicken breasts, skinned, deboned and split lengthwise
Preparation

Mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, sherry or stock, garlic, parsley and pepper. Marinate chicken breasts for 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
(The marinade adds no significant calories.)
Grill chicken.
