Peanut Brittle Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. white syrup
1/2 c. cold water
2 c. raw peanuts
2 tsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation

Cook sugar, syrup and water to soft ball.
Add peanuts.
Cook to hard crack (300\u00b0 on candy thermometer).
Remove from heat.
Add butter, vanilla and salt along with soda.
Stir really fast and place on buttered cookie sheet.
