Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. oil
2 c. grated zucchini
3 c. flour
3 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0 in greased loaf pans.
Makes 2 loaves.
