Eight Hour Brandy Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. cream cheese (room temperature)
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1/4 c. brandy
5 eggs
Preparation

Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and brandy until very smooth with electric mixer.
Add eggs; beat just enough to mix in. Grease and flour 2-quart souffle dish (or large spring-form pan). Fill with mixture.
Place in a shallow pan of water.
Bake in preheated 200\u00b0 oven for 8 hours.
Allow to cool in pan.
Unmold and chill before serving.
Serves 12 to 16.
