Almond Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

shredded cabbage
Oriental flavored Ramen noodles
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation

Crush Oriental noodles, while still in package. Toast almonds in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes (or until almonds are crunchy). Mix cabbage, noodles and almonds. Mix oil, vinegar and Oriental seasoning packet in a small bowl. Keep oil/vinegar/seasoning mixture separate from cabbage mixture until just prior to serving. Serves about 3 to 4 people.
