Congo Bar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. melted margarine
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1 1/3 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 bag chocolate chips
    1 c. oats
Preparation
    Melt margarine. Add sugar, peanut butter and eggs.
    Mix with spoon.
    Add rest of ingredients, ending with chocolate chips. Bake at 325\u00b0.
    Leave soft like brownies in the middle.
    Don't overbake.
    Frost with chocolate icing.
