Mexican Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans
    1/2 c. salsa
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
    sour cream (optional)
    sliced green onion (optional)
Preparation
    Microwave:
    Combine first 3 ingredients in a 2-quart microwavable casserole; cover.
    Microwave on High 10 to 12 minutes or until heated through.
    Stir.
    Top with cheese.
    If desired, garnish with sour cream and green onion.
    Makes 8 servings.
