Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato sauce (15 oz.)
1 can stewed tomatoes (14.5 oz.)
3/4 c. A.1. steak sauce
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 can kidney beans
shredded cheese
Preparation

Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add beef and cook until brown. Drain and stir in tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, steak sauce, chili powder and cumin. Heat to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in beans and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Ladle into bowls and top with shredded cheese.
