French Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. oleo
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. bell pepper, finely chopped
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 can beef broth
    1 can water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Saute oleo, onion and bell pepper, but do not brown. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Place in baking dish and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
