Baked Onions - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 onions (any color)
butter
salt and pepper
Velveeta cheese
Ritz crackers
Preparation

Slice up onions.
Put in cold water.
Bring to a boil.
Just when it starts to boil, drain them.
Repeat the step; cover onions in cold water and bring to a boil.
Drain.
Put in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Dab with butter.
Salt and pepper to taste, then slice Velveeta to cover onions.
Take 10 or so Ritz crackers and crumble over the top of the Velveeta.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes, just enough to melt cheese.
