Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hen, cut in pieces
    4 c. cold water
    1 c. condensed tomato soup
    1 onion, sliced thin
    1 c. lima beans
    3 potatoes, sliced thin
    1 Tbsp. each: sugar, salt and pepper (may decrease amount of salt, if desired)
    1/4 lb. margarine
    1 c. corn
    1 c. canned tomatoes
    flour
Preparation
    Stew hen; remove meat from bones and cut into pieces.
    Return to pot and add tomato soup, tomatoes, onion, lima beans, potatoes and seasonings.
    Cook until vegetables are tender.
    Add corn and butter.
    Cook 5 to 10 minutes.
    If desired, thicken slightly with flour mixed with cold water.
    Season to taste.
