Ingredients

2 medium potatoes
2 egg whites
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Cut potatoes into lengthwise strips; brush with egg whites. Sprinkle with cheese and oregano, if desired.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes on sheet prepared with vegetable cooking spray.
Makes 4 servings.
