No Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. shortening
1 egg
1 Tbsp. vinegar
5 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Combine flour and salt.
Cut in the shortening.
In a separate bowl, beat together the egg, vinegar and water.
With a fork, add the liquid to the flour mixture until it holds together.
Yields a 2 crust 9-inch pie shell.
