Cranberry Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. cherry or raspberry Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. canned pineapple juice
    1 (8 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. diced apples
    1/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
    Add pineapple juice and cranberry sauce.
    Chill until thickened slightly.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a 4 cup mold.
    Chill until firm. If you double recipe, use only 1 cup (total) pineapple juice.
