Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. squash, cooked
    1 c. cheese, grated
    2 eggs, beaten
    margarine
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix cooked squash, soup, onion, cheese, beaten eggs, salt and pepper and cracker crumbs.
    Pour into a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Top with additional crushed crumbs and dot with margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
