Chicken Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. steak sauce
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 1/2 c. minced, cooked chicken
    1/3 c. finely chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    1/2 c. chopped toasted almonds
Preparation
    Combine softened cream cheese, steak sauce and curry powder; beat with mixer until smooth.
    Stir in chicken, celery and parsley.
    Shape into 9-inch long log; wrap in waxed paper.
    Chill for 4 to 5 hours.
    Roll log in almonds.
    Serve with crackers. Makes 1 (9-inch) log.
    Nice use for leftover chicken.
