Microwaved Gingered Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. drumsticks or thighs (chicken)
    1/3 c. honey
    1/3 c. chili sauce
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Arrange meat, skin side up, thickest pieces to outside in a 12 x 7 x 2-inch dish.
    I use Reynolds cooking bags.
    Mix remaining ingredients, except cornstarch and water.
    Cover.
    Microwave on High for 10 minutes, rotate 1/2 turn, 10 to 15 minutes more on High, until thickest are done.
