Venison Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground venison (deer meat)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 carton sour cream
    seasoned salt to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Season to taste.
    Add soup.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Add sour cream.
    Simmer 5 to 10 minutes more, until done.
    Serve over cooked rice or large buns.
