Upside-Down Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
    16 oz. tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1/2 c. sour cream
    8 oz. pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion together.
    Add spaghetti sauce mix and tomato
    sauce.
    Simmer
    gently
    to
    let
    flavors combine. Spread meat
    mixture in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Layer the Mozzarella cheese and sour cream on top of meat.
    Put crescent rolls
    on top and brush with melted butter.
    Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 375\u00b0. Serves 8 to 10.
