Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. broccoli
    4 c. celery, sliced
    4 c. carrots, sliced
    3 Tbsp. oil
    4 Tbsp. water
    2 pkg. onion gravy
    1 3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Stir-fry vegetables with oil until tender.
    Add 4 tablespoons water and steam while you mix the onion gravy with the 1 3/4 cups water in a saucepan until thick.
    Add to the vegetables and mix. Serve over rice.
