Caramel Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 1/2 c. milk (or water)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Mix butter and 1 1/2 cups sugar.
    Let brown over low heat. Do not scorch.
    Mix eggs and milk together.
    Pour into butter and sugar mixture.
    Keep stirring until all melts.
    Add remaining sugar and enough flour to thicken.
    Cook until thick.
    Pour in pie crust.
    Bake.
    Makes 2 pies.
