Carrot Pecan Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients together, then set aside.
    Mix sugar, oil and eggs together.
    Add flour mixture slowly.
    When all is mixed, stir in carrots and nuts, then raisins.
    Pour into tube pan and bake for about 45 minutes.
