All-In-One Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. diced, peeled potatoes
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. frozen peas
    1 c. diced celery
    1 small onion, diced
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of tomato soup, undiluted
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a skillet, brown beef and drain.
    Place in a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Top with potatoes, carrots, peas, celery, onion and rice.
    Combine soup and water.
    Pour over all.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until the rice and vegetables are tender.
    Makes about 6 servings.
