Cracker Jacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 qt. popped corn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. margarine (2 sticks)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Karo syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook all ingredients together.
    Bring to boil and cook 5 minutes.
    Add 1/2 teaspoon soda.
    Stir and pour over popcorn. Spread in pan (may take 2).
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 250\u00b0.
    Stir every 30 minutes.
