Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburg
    1 clove garlic, minced, or garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    10 to 12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 qt. jar Prego spaghetti sauce
    1 (10 count) pkg. flour tortillas
Preparation
    Brown hamburg and onion; drain. Add garlic, chili powder and 1/2 jar spaghetti sauce. Simmer 5 minutes.
    Warm tortillas as directed on package. Divide meat into 10 parts.
    Place a scoop of meat in each shell.
    Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon cheese.
    Roll up and place in a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
    Pour other 1/2 jar sauce over top; sprinkle with rest of cheese.
    Cover with foil. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    They freeze well.
    Reheat in microwave.
