Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat (beef, chicken or turkey)
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    16 oz. tomato sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder (optional)
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin (optional)
    24 to 30 corn tortillas or boxed, ready-made shells*
Preparation
    In cooking oil, brown meat, onion and garlic until no longer pink.
    Add other ingredients and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes.
