Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. chicken stock
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 can mushrooms
    1 medium pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing
Preparation
    Poach chicken with celery, onion and bay leaf.
    Remove bones and skin.
    Line rectangular baking pan with meat.
    Slice water chestnuts and mushrooms over chicken.
    Mix soups, sour cream and 1 cup chicken stock.
    Pour over chicken.
    Prepare dressing with 1 cup stock.
    Sprinkle over soup layer.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for 1 hour.
