Pineapple Paradise Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 c. plain flour
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Soften butter in mixing bowl. Add sugar, flour and coconut. mix well; press into bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes until brown. Crumble. Press 2 c. into 9 inch pie pan. Reserve remaining mixture.
