Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fresh berries
    2 c. sifted flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Drain berries.
    Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into bowl.
    Combine egg, milk and melted butter in a small bowl.
    Add all at once to dry ingredients.
    Stir lightly just until liquid is absorbed.
    Batter will be lumpy.
    Gently fold in berries.
    Spoon in 12 medium muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
