24 Hour Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. each onions, lettuce and celery
    1 small can each: whole corn, English peas (I use LeSueur) and French-style green beans
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. each: white vinegar and oil
    1 small can pimentos
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Best if stands overnight.
    Then drain off most of the liquid.
