Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion
1 bell pepper
1 small can or jar mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 medium potatoes
Preparation

Brown ground beef, onion, pepper and mushrooms over medium-high heat.
Layer ground beef mixture in bottom of casserole dish.
Top with layer of sliced potatoes.
Heat soups together to boiling point and pour over potatoes.
Continue layering ground beef and potatoes, topping with soup mixture. Bake at 375\u00b0 until potatoes are done.
