Nancy Saunders' Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
    3 lb. Ricotta cheese
    8 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. light cream
Preparation
    Mix cake according to box directions.
    Spread in greased 11 x 16-inch pan.
    Mix remaining ingredients; spread on top of batter. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    During the last 15 minutes, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
