Pineapple Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated carrots
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grate carrots, cover and set aside.
    Sift together flour, soda, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.
    In another bowl mix together vegetable oil, sugar and eggs.
    Mix well.
    Add flour mixture.
    Mix well.
    Add carrots, pineapple and nuts; fold in well (do not beat).
    Divide in 3 (9-inch) cake pans that have been oiled and floured.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Use our favorite icing (cream cheese, etc.).
