Mom'S Veal Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2/3 c. dry white wine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. crushed basil
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    dash of black pepper
    sliced Provolone cheese
    1 1/2 lb. veal, sliced thin
Preparation
    Heat butter and oil in skillet. Add veal and brown. Stir in wine, salt, oregano, basil, parsley and pepper. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Baste frequently.
    Place cutlets in shallow baking dish.
    Pour sauce over cutlets and cover with cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 400\u00b0 for 12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
