Colcannon Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 c. diced potatoes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 head cabbage, chopped
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2 or 3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    7 to 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, onions and cabbage in enough water to cover. Next, add soup, milk and seasonings.
    Heat.
    Add crumbled bacon just before serving.
    Makes approximately 8 servings.
    The bacon makes it excellent!
