Sausage Cheddar Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. basil leaves
    dash of garlic
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    paprika
Preparation
    Line a 9-inch quiche dish with pastry or 1 unbaked pie crust. Place a piece of buttered tinfoil buttered side down over pie crust.
    Press onto pastry shell (this keeps sides of shell from collapsing).
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Remove foil.
    Prick shell and bake for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Cool.
