Venison Sausage And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. venison link sausage (remove meat from casing)
    fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 onion, chopped
    8 servings cooked rice
    Tony Chachere Creole seasoning
Preparation
    Brown venison.
    Saute mushrooms and onion.
    Combine all ingredients; season to taste with Tony's.
