Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. quick or old fashioned oats
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 stick margarine
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Pour water over oats in separate bowl.
Let set 20 minutes. Cream brown sugar, white sugar, margarine, eggs and vanilla together and add oats.
Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg and mix well.
Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
