Chicken And Stuffing Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped carrots
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 can Campbell's condensed chicken broth
    1 c. milk
    1 pkg. herb seasoned cubed stuffing (7 oz.)
    2 c. cooked turkey or chicken, cut in cubes
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, cook celery, onion and carrots until tender.
    Add flour; cook one more minute, stirring constantly.
    Gradually stir in broth and milk; cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.
    Add chicken and stuffing; toss to coat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bake five more minutes.
