Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain meal
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    oil or bacon drippings
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Heat oil in iron skillet or muffin tin.
    Mix dry ingredients then add buttermilk.
    Add small amount of hot oil into mixture, then pour back into hot skillet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
